PROJECT
ninety eight
Nestled along the Connecticut coast, Ninety-Eight celebrates the art of restraint — where every material and line feels intentional. We paired the home’s original character with modern warmth: a stone fireplace anchors the living room, while light-filled windows and sculptural furniture keep the mood fresh and airy. In the dining room, clean geometry meets organic texture — pale wood tones, layered neutrals, and a custom wall treatment that nods to nature’s forms. The result is a home that feels both grounded and elevated — a quiet retreat designed for easy living and meaningful connection.
